Video duration: 124 seconds PEPCON rocket fuel plant disaster. The plant manufactured an oxidizer called Ammonium Perchlorate. Ammonium Perchlorate is not in itself a fuel but a key component. It will however explode if heated to a high temperature in a confined space.
